What is HOLT Valuation Challenge
HOLT Valuation Challenge is a three-stage competition for students interested in finance and looking to take the next step in their career. Since 2012 Project Firefly and Credit Suisse HOLT have run 5 iterations of the Challenge providing opportunities to more than 6000 students to develop their financial skills and earn chances at interviews with Credit Suisse HOLT.

In 2013, HOLT and Project Firefly expanded the Challenge to take place twice a year, Spring and Fall. With an ever increasing pool of committed students 2013 also marked the launch of the HOLT Community providing more opportunities for students. The Community enabled HOLT and Project Firefly to recognize achievement and deliver real benefits to its members. 74 top-performers were awarded with HOLT Partner and HOLT Champion badges.

The new initiative of the HOLT Valuation Challenge attracted students worldwide. Out of almost a thousand participants the Credit Suisse HOLT Team together with Project Firefly’s Academic Review Board identified 18 top-talented students, offering most of them an interview for an internship.
