I love research, collaboration, outside-of-the-box & interdisciplinary thinking, and meeting new people. Current events, options trading, and soccer have been long -time interests. Poetry, public policy, and neuroscience have been big fascinations of mine as I've moved through my college years. I am very passionate about HOLT and always happy to be engaged in a community promoting merit-based recognition of talent. I hope I have helped others in the Community learn as much as I've learned from the HOLT Community. I have long been excited to get the opportunity to publish and share some insights. I have completed three co-ops at Northeastern University with State Street Global Services, Brown Brothers Harriman, and PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), along with an unpaid, for-credit internship with O'Neill & Associates in between my second and third coop. I worked as a Portfolio Accountant and Fund Administrator working primarily with New York City Retirement System Pension and Comptroller funds (disclosed as a public funds client) at State Street, an Investment Tax Specialist working with hedge fund and private equity fund clients (Partnerships primarily) at Brown Brothers Harriman, and a Risk Assurance Associate working in a vast array of capacities with primary engagements with large bulge-bracket banks at PricewaterhouseCoopers. I was appointed to Speaker of the House Thomas "Tip" O'Neill's son's lobbying firm, O'Neill & Associates, by Governor Michael S. Dukakis, Massachussetts' longest serving governor, 1988 Democratic Presidential Candidate, and mentor. This internship served as a professional experiential learning experience relating to my political science degree, public policy & administration studies, and economics minor. I was a government relations and consultancy intern with O'Neill & Associates, LLP. I am a proud Project-Firefly Ambassador to Northeastern University where I am currently an undergraduate dual degree candidate and MS candidate. I am studying Finance & Insurance, Accounting, Political Science, and economics (minor) with a dual degree in Business Administration and Political Science, May 2017. I will also receive a Master's in Accounting with additional concentrations in Audit and Tax in December 2017 with the option for further studies into Spring 2018.
